Unfortunately after 11 months of trying to get a cover made, I can't get this company to pay enough attention to make a cover for my 40' sailboat. I finally got a quote from them 11 months later with conditions that clearly didn't match my boat and couldn't get them to clarify the conditions after multiple attempts. It seems they simply don't want the business

Purchase a winter boat cover at the boat show . Johnathan measured the boat when the cover was completed it is short they did not informed us that we had to purchase there frame johnathan told us that our existing frame was ok to use Spoke to nat he is obnoxious no customer service we even told him that he could add an extension to the back so it can cover all the way he refused please people I do not like to complained but this is the worst company to deal with sincerely mike
