    My husband and I ...

    My husband and I had been attempting to obtain a copy of his Canadian Citizenship Certificate for months and had not been making any progress. Without the certificate we were unable to get a passport for him and his OHIP coverage would soon expire. From start to finish, Rada handled our queries and application in an expedient, professional and courteous manner. She followed up quickly on all emails and always kept us in the loop regarding next steps.I highly recommend Immigroup!
