The level of customer service is atrocious. It was so bad that when I said Ill need to look at my phone to get the address on my account, the customer service associate pushed to look on transunion when I verbally didnt give her permission she did it anyway. Then preceded to be rude and unhelpful. Btw who charges a $30 admin fee for customers to make extra payments. This is a broken company and would advise all to avoid at all costs

Read your contract properly! They charge 12.05% as administrative fees... ??!!! So they will offer you 8% to attract you but at last ... Its 20.05%!!! Be aware !!!

Very unprofessional and rude workers!!!

After reading the reviews, we were very hesitant to go with this company for the loan on our dogs emergency surgery. But, what are you to do when it is a matter of life and death for your beloved family member, and the surgery to save their life is $4,000. To no surprise at all, they lived up to their shady standards and didn't take the money out of our account last month, get to charge us another month of interest, and talked down to me like I was stupid. I am completely disgusted.

I needed to get a loan for my vet bill.I signed the papers ect, it was late in the day.I ended up at the last minute getting the money to pay the vet myself and I did.Therefore, since I had allready paid when the vet got their cheque they did not cash it as the bill had been paid by me.WELL GUESS WHAT.Even after I called and told them this,they not only have been taking money out of my account, they cost me $50 nsf because when they took it I had budgeted for NO LONGER NEEDING TO PAY THEM AS I
