I recently purchased a used vehicle and the seller wanted cash, not a money order. I visited this branch to withdraw the amount and even after I proved who I was with drivers licence and entering correct PIN for my debit card, I still had to answer additional questions about my work, mothers maiden name, why I wanted MY MONEY, last time and where I used my debit card etc. I was not withdrawing all the funds, so I am not sure why I had to go through all the additional checks.

I parked in the Scotia Bank parking lot, then went to the Scotia bank to use their debit machine. In the meantime, some psychotic customer parked right behind my car and blocked me from getting out. I went into the bank, and they told me I wasn't allowed to park in their parking lot even though I wanted to use their debit machine. They sided with the customer who was blocking me in!Park there at your own risk!Deal with their management at your own peril!
