NOT IMPRESSED!! if i could give no stars i would, i have been paying insurance on my phone for almost 2 years and NEVER had a problem I was told it covers water damage and the phone being dropped or stolen and recently my phone fell out of my hands and the screen broke. THEY SAID THEY WONT FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS NOT COVERED!! WHY WAS I PAYING INSURANCE these last almost 2 years!!!?? thats an extra 7$ a month i would not have had to spend 7*24 months = 168$ i could of saved!!
