Waterloo Appliance Service fixed my $500 Electrolux dryer which cost $300 which we agreed to and they did say, it will last you a long time to make me feel better about the big bill. Their service was fine but after 3 months, it had the same problem and died. I called and they said "90 day warranty for parts/ 30 day labour and now too bad". I suggest: Don't ever fix appliances and waste your money, just replace is the best strategy unfortunately.

Waterloo Appliance Services Ltd. provides outstanding service to your home appliances. We would highly recommend to anyone. If you want someone you can trust, who is honest and dependable look no further. It a pleasure dealing with their customer service and when the come they explain what the issue and what it will take to fix and give you options. Now that's true customer service. The customer service from the parts department at Waterloo Appliance can only be described as nothing short of exceptional! I contacted Waterloo Appliance for a replacement oven element. The part was in stock. I was able to pick up and install the very same day. I discovered another issue. Andrew, in parts, answered several calls and even FaceTimed to help me fix the problem, saving me a service call. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would highly recommend Waterloo Appliance!!!

I ordered a part for my washing machine ($247.90 + HST). The technician arrived on time to install it. After examining the washer, he recommended that the part did not need replacement to address my concern. Rather than suggest a repair on a 9-year old washer, he recommended that I consider replacing the washer at some point in the future. I was very impressed with his approach. He definitely excelled at customer satisfaction - a core principle for Waterloo Appliance Service.

Exceptional customer service. We needed warranty service on our dishwasher. Waterloo Appliance Service responded to our contact immediately and came to our home next day. The Mark was very experienced and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem within minutes and ordered the necessary parts immediately. We were called when the parts arrived and an appointment was scheduled for one hour later. Installation was quick and efficient Mark and the staff exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

We considered replacing our broken KitchenAid dishwasher but decided to give Waterloo Appliance Service a call to at least appraise the situation. The experience was great beginning with front desk Reception. Appraisal and repair was done by Jason. He worked efficiently and cleanly, treating our home with care and taking the time to explain things clearly. His work was perfect and we were dealt with honestly from the first call to job completion. 100% recommendation.
