Welland Hospital is the worst Hospital in the Niagara Health System. Nurses talking loud to each other like a party is going on. Unable to even sleep during the night. Was left and not seen by doctor for one week until I took a HEART ATTACK. When doctor finally came said that I was old anyway. My relative told him off and said I dont care how old she is just take care of her. Like are you really a DOCTOR.... Nobody seems to care right from the front door to the ward. Would not ever go back there

At emergency, they have the tendency of making people feel like they shouldn’t be there. They do not treat people with mental health illness with understanding along with people who are not addicts who are there for chronic and or acute pain they treat them like they are there because they need their fix and do Not listen to their patients. Just bc they build a new hospital doesn’t mean that they treat some patients like they should.
