My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart

Excellent customer service, honest and reliable

I called All Ontario Appliance Clinic and chose them because they would come to do an initial service call to assess the problem for $30.00 plus tax. When I called I told them what the make of the stove was and told them the oven wasn't working. I asked if they need the model number of the stove and was told they didn't but when he got to the house he said he didn't work on that model and charged me the service call fee. I wasn't impressed.

Excellent to deal with. I have been using Ray and the fellas for 15 plus years at my own home and rental properties. No complaints

I've been dealing with All Ontario Appliance for about 8 years and I don't go anywhere else. Their selection and service is amazing. They keep costs down for servicing and are always there the next day.
