Never Agian!
We decided to tryout this restaurant for the first time and we were very disappointed. My sister-in-law had chicken Parmesan and she thought it rather repulsive. The noodles had butter on then and the chicken taste like "burger king" chicken. For myself i had spinach pie, it was hard and greasy, they also mixxed up my rice for beans. The beans did not taste like anything and they were soggy.Also my meal came with a salad and it was drowning with dressing... I would not come back but the staff were friendly.

Best Greek Food in Windsor
We go to the hungry wolf often because the food is wonderful and so is the service. The flaming cheese and sausage is my favorate. My boyfriend always gets a gyro and a souvlaki here.

Something Changed
Speaking for myself, having eaten there many times, I always left satisfied. Today, a group of us ordered takeout and the food portions was greatly reduced for the new costs. $2.75 for a handful of french fries on top of a $6.75 Reuben Sandwich... Disappointing to say the least.

We went for lunch, and it was EXCELLENT! The restaurant was very busy with people stopping in on their lunch breaks, but the service was as if we were alone in the place. Portion sizes were good, and they had a large selection of food. One of my friends had a food allergy and the waitress went above and beyond to make sure the food was up to par. She also checked in with us regularly, and our glasses were never empty. I would recommend The Hungry Wolf for a great lunch and cozy atmosphere. For a small business--good on ya!

Fantastic Food,,,,, Somewhat to be desired Service
The food was out of this world.... excellent every single time i've eaten in or ordered to go.... had almost everything on the menu, absolutely loved it, the service however is another thing, one waitress in particular doesn't know how to smile, and almost seems to be put out when you ask her for something, and heaven forbid she messes up..... its as if you don't want to say anything because the attitude is unbearable.... but she won't stop my family from dining at our top 3 restaurants in Windsor.

We have been there 3 weeks in a row. The Gyros special for $7.95 is unbelievable. Generous portions and their tzaziki sauce is the best I've ever had, as it is very fresh and mild. They also have good beer specials on Friday. The service is a little slow on a Friday night but tolerable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
