I had a good service at Leon. The sale man Leo was very helpful in everywhere. Made me comfortable and was patient with me answering all the questions I had. I am enjoying the dining table he helped me buy last year and can’t wait for the delivery of this one for my kitchen. Thanks Leo

Don't order anything from Leon’s. They sell what they don't have, don't answer emails and don't have even any answer on when the item will be available, it can last months. For me it's appropriate from money of the others and it's really bad. When I order my blender didn't have any information saying that they didn't have it in the stock. How does it sound to you?

Managers and staff very disrespectful to my husband who struggles with Traumatic Brain Injury.

Had a very positive experience with our sales person Bryan R., not pushy, but accommodating! We had an issue with an item when we got home and Sandra in customer service helped us out tremendously. Did however run into an issue on the phone with someone in customer service, who after 2 attempts wouldn’t return my call when asked to match sale price 2 days after purchase. Got Bryan involved and he set it straight right away. Thanks Bryan and Sandra, highly recommend these Two!

Excellent service at the store. They delivered when they said they would. The 2 young men who carried my sofa three floors were most courteous and efficient. I later that day received a phone text providing me with an http site to provide my comments. The site did not come up. There was an apology. It said try again. I did not. I do not intend to, EVER.

We bought 2 sets sofas spend $4k and also had warranty but when things come to use warranty nothing been fix by warranty start show I.g us this is not cover by warranty never buy stuff from them I love tepperman number one people in all furniture no help technician came and didnt check and make me sign paper and trap me such a crook proposals dont buy anything

AVOID LEONS! Tried to buy a Washer and Dryer from Leon’s on their save the tax event. After I got my bill of sale showing that I saved the tax the sales representative chased me down while I was exiting the building and told me I dont actually save the tax because I didn’t buy a third appliance. I have a receipt to prove that it went through but the Manager wouldn’t honor their mistake and that they would withhold my Washer and Dryer until I pay the tax!! Still have the receipt that says so!!!

Excellent customer service experience! Hanan took the time to go above and beyond for our family, he even drew a picture for my son. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service ever. We will never go back .They lie. Sales person tells us to come back in a week and They will have a scratch sale , where you buy a product and can Save up to 50%off.We go in a week later and same sales person laughs in our face.... oops sorry head office changed their mind...we did not think it was funny...she also said she would throw in some top quality pillow at No cost... Never happened...They don't care if your furniture does not arrive. They are extremely rude.

Purchased a mattress and headboard. Like the mattress but do not like the headboard and asked if I could exchange it for a different color. The answer was "no" as they do not sell on "approval'. My fault, should have 'read the bill'. Will not shop there again.....glad I didn't buy furniture that didn't fit my family room. Wasn't even asking for my money back, just wanted to exchange the color. Very disappointed.

BEWARE ! I just spent 2500.00 $ at Leons in Windsor Ont . and all they do when they deliver is drop off the boxes . NO SET UP . I was not told at the time of purchase that if I wanted set up I would have to pay extra . My husband and I are both not in good health . My husband is on oxygen , they seen this at the store . Now we both have to put together a 6 chair glass top dining room table plus a coffee table and 2 end tables.I will NEVER buy from Leons again ! Would write more but it won't let
