As I single female, I am always anxious about car repairs because so many mechanics take a patronizing attitude or try to upsell. I tried Pals for the first time today with a complaint I thought could turn into a 2-hour job plus parts. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call in an hour saying my car was all set. It was a simple fix, and I only paid $25 all in--pretty unheard of these days. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to my friends.

All of us have dream to find an honest and good mechanic. I almost gave up, but recently, while looking for safety check, found this one. Mechanic on duty and owner did not show intention to rip me off. Very skilled professionals who found a real problems on the car and advised me how to repair it by myself if I choose so. Unbelievable!

Will not go anywhere else for my car. Manny, Deep, and Monitor have been nothing but good to me over the past few years, I have been dealing with them. They go above and beyond with service. My car is an older, but they make sure its always ready for anything. The guys inside that run the gas bar are great too. Very well run establishment.
