Never fix anything asap. Always a temporary fix. This winter our furnace broke and we were without heat for 1.5 days (they did come out and give us space heaters!). They knew that they would have to replace the furnace this winter but they waited until it broke. No preventative maintenance for the house. Allows much older men stay with university students. Home is also not in good shape. Overall I have had a very bad experience.

I have never lived in such a deplorable building. The city inspector came out and they still refuse to fix anything. Rent is far too high and service is far too low. They are angry about fixing their buildings issues.

They never come out. We told them our problem never fix.

Getting a hold of this company is one of the hardest labouring tasks.. you may aswell resilve this issue yourself. Extremely unhelpful. Money hungry. Aggressive personality in person. There 24 hour notice is never 24 hours its either deliever as they arrive or the day after they arrive. Very poorly managed. Seek different management company for better mang/tennat relations.
