I've been there a couple times previously and i was always treated with kindness and respect. The last 2 times someone made me cappucino!! They fixed my rear derailleur and it's never had an issue since. Yesterday I went in to the store after calling them and asking advice on a noise my Tacx was making. Not only did they immediately work on it, they arranged for someone lend a hand (and actually helped me OUTSIDE The store to get it working properly!!).
