Terrible,Terrible,poorly managed, garbage is not attended to I have seen rats in the underground parking which is ready to collapse,hot water is only available at certain times and forget warm ,hallways are not cleaned and suggests a garbage dump, which this place is 111 should be pulled down

Worst experience ever. The superintendent and manager of the building are very rude and corrupted. The building smells bad and they allow people to smoke inside the building. If you give money to the superintendent you will not get fined if you park around the building.
