Honestly the worst customer service. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. The employees have no idea what they are saying. I ordered custom blinds from them and after they assured me it would only take one week they have since changed their story. They claim they never said one week which is a complete lie. I will only receive my blinds in THREE weeks ! The WORST employees. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

Took 2 days to get the blinds. Exactly the right dimensions. Easy to install. Very satisfied.

BUYER BEWARE!!! In June, I ordered a set of blinds for my father's apartment. Showed the agent hand-written dimensions (AND actual photo) of what needed dressing - clearly 3 ft H long by 8 ft wide. The Quote: $316.18. On pick up >>> 8 ft long by 3 ft wide!!! and later told 'this is what you gave me' (not what he saw, consulted on or erroneously entered in the system). The solution 1 month later: Charge me an add'l $100+ to get the order right in the first place! DON'T EVER GO TO VERTI-STORE ☹
