Staff is beyond rude and unprofessional, they dont even know what they sell! Worst McDonalds around by FAR. Try going anywhere else, especially if your French accent is not good enough for them. I tried communicating in french as I am fully bilingual but they pretended to not understand me at all.
We were rudely hung up on MULTIPLE times because we were speaking English (they hung up before we could even explain the horrible service situation we had had - and refused to put a manager on.)
Worse Mc Donalds ever!!! all our burgers were cold and done wrong!! The manager was causing a scene, being Cheap and he was arguing with me that he put extra on the burgers which was really sad ,2 pickles and bit of onions I asked for extra on the side he refused to give me any. When I called to make a complaint this other manager was giving me a hard time as well and saying she would only replace 2 hamburgers out of the six. Then when I asked her name and asking to speak to the owner she hungup
