Checked car in at 12H40 on 05/07/19. I was told it was going to be around an hour. I waited around 5 hours in total. This is extremely unprofessional. They seriously lack respect for their customers personal time. I asked on 4 different occasions if my car was ready, they said it was the next to go in the shop, but as time went on many cars passed ahead of mine.
