On 02/23/2022 we brought our Chevy Equinox 2014 to the Chevrolet Dealership on Newman in Lasalle. The passenger wiper had stopped working. We had the Wiper Assembly fail on us during our Summer vacation and had it fixed at a dealer in New Burn S. It was repaired for free per a Special Coverage Adjustment N192266180 Wiper Transmission Arm Linkage Failure. As such, we were very surprised when the wiper failed again. It showed all the signs of the previous failure.

I just not had bad but worst experience and service. I have never ever seen money minded, selfish and mean person like this in this my life. First of all the salespersons FREDRICK is very greedy, arrogant, rude, he miss lead and miss communicate with wrong information about prices and offers. Its just not even a week I bought vehicle from this place.

Nous avons acheté une Volt 2018 neuf en février dernier. Nous étions super contents de notre achat. Par la suite, nous sommes aller chercher les pneus dété le mois dernier. Ils nous ont fourni des pneus usagés et pas moyen davoir des pneus neufs même en parlant avec le gérant. On a appelé dautres concessionnaires et ils nous ont dit quils nous auraient fourni des pneus dété neufs etant donné quon a acheté une voiture neuve. Je vous deconseille fortement dacheter votre voiture à ce concessionnair
Worst Gm Dealer ever!
I brought an h1 hummer to fix my inflation sistem , I also told em to look at my heat and my windows,
They kept my car for a week and when I pick it up they fixed the leack but basically Conect inflator upside down , front wheele to the back and broke the pressure gage, charged me 520 for theremostat And heater still blow cold and 550 for lubricating windows, a total of 2270 and none of 3 things works and on top I need repair for stuff they damaged
This company is very unprofessional,since I have car exist big crack on car,they promise me to fix that and never did. I complain twice, nothing happened and more bad is because I pay extra insurance from GM what cost me a lot. Not recommend to nobody
