Prennent trop de temps entre la pause de l’armature et de la toile. Deux ans de suite que je dis pelleter, je paie pour ne pas pelleter. L’an prochain je ferai affaire avec un concurrent!
Ca sera la deuxieme et la derniere année avec eux. Je suis la seule que son abri n’est pas installé dans le quartier et quand tu appelles ils ne repondent pas ou ils crient sur toi. Mauvaise experience je ne le recommande a personne
nous faisons affaire avec cette compagnie depuis 4 ans ,le service a été acceptable pour les 2 premières années cependant la saison 2017/18 et 2018/19 on a connu des retards importants dans installation et son retrait nous sommes le 13 mai et pas encore enlevé.
My structure was installed in October and it is now mid December with no tarp in sight. What’s worse are the lies and excuses. For 4 weeks now I am told by the end of the week. And ridiculously people offer me their name as consolation. On the last phone calI, I was told by December 18 unless it snows again. Not only is it unacceptable to mislead people but is beyond unacceptable to not have a tempo that I own that I pay to have stored not yet returned to me!

waiting for the tempo to be installed since november as the contract says, they told me it was gonna be installed by the of november now its December and still nothing, really hard to get in touch with them, the excuse they gave me is that they are behind weeks cause of the weather!!! and still not giving me a date of installation, this is my first year with them and totally the last one, horrible service horrible company.
Ca fais 5 ans de fais affaire avec eux jamais eu de probleme sauf depuis 2 ans .... ont reste sur le frame du tempo ben ben longtemp ont est le 3 Décembre jai pas de toile encore fke cest la derniere année avec eux pour moi ! cest sure !
They stay long before installing the shelter after we pay the rent , they install it after two storms and They did it during my absence they put broken material as a door to close it from both sides , and I cant close the shelter , the snow will come inside , just horrible Iam 65 and they expect me to rectify it , what a shame !
Pour commencer la structure a été installée dans lallée de garage… de mon voisin!!
Quand je lai signalé, on ne savait quand om viendrait rectifier.
Ja,i dû déplacer la structure moi-même avec laide de mon voisin (Jai 83 ans et de sérieux maux de dos!!)
Le 20 novembre la toile nest pas encore installée. On me réponds que ce sera peut-être (!) pour la semaine prochaine.
Bref, un service catastrophique
Signé un contract de location en octobre qui spécifiait livraison novembre installé structure il y a 3 semaines attend toujours pour la toile....5 décembre....
Old school customer service, always returns calls and never "forgets" to call you back. All quality materials, I expect a very long service life out of this shelter. Do your homework, and you'll buy from Snogone after you've checked everyone else out.
