I was very disappointed with the store's customer satisfaction . Used their engraving service and result was not professional looking at all. Tried to get reimbursed for the service but unsuccessful. Price was excessively high. Quoted 85$ for 3 tiny characters. Could have had it done elsewhere for 1/4 of the price. Which I had known before!
