Bought my first F150 here, dream comes true :) I was well treated here, the sales representative Mr. Zhang is very nice and patient for any of my question. And I didn't feel any pressure or pushing from their financial manager which exists in many other dealers' place. Haven't experienced any maintenance yet, so far so good. Recommend!

Very antagonistic from the moment you walk through the door. Immediately they say there's a good chance your $2000 bill won't be covered by your warranty and if they feel that you've abused your car the warranty will be void. Repairs are hit or miss, I have friends where they have to go back numerous times for the same issue with one instant where the repair was done using duct tape. WOW!!
