Service 24/7: le numéro mène à une centrale téléphonique qui ne peuvent rien faire et ne savent rien. Les techniciens ne rappellent pratiquement jamais et lorsqu'ils le font, c'est pour s'assurer que nous avons mis la porte à ON. Sinon ça vous coûtera temps double et 4h minimum pour le déplacement, malgré la garanti en vigueur ! Ça c'est du service !

I have contacted this business on several occasions in order to service our sliding doors. I got their number from a sticker that was already on the doors. To this date I was never able to have anyone from this company serve us. We had an emergency during the night, I called the company's emergency service in order to get service asap the rep placed the service call however the technician never called back. I called 2 hours later to follow up and was given the same round around. 2 hours after that still no one had contacted me. I called yet another time and again received the sane run around. All that to say I never received a call from the technician let alone the service. Definitely do not deal with this company as they are unreliable and do not seem to need business especially at double rates. Save yourself time and headaches by avoiding this company.
