I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I bought a 2015 f150 truck from Darryl (owner of Link Auto Works) Jan 2024. I was totally impressed in every way. The truck was exactly as described and he made sure that everything was 100% on the truck. The tires on the truck passed safety inspection but he rather installed new brand named tires because the old tires were not up to his standard (even though they passed safety). He was great to deal with and a no-pressure approach. I totally recommend Link Auto and I would buy again.

I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.
