As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

Costa is amazing!!! Words can not describe how amazing he is! He was so prompt and on it. From I 1st spoke w him and sent the info he requested I literally had designs the next day! Years ago I did sogns with him and the same thing. I'm so glad I was able to find them again (I had to sell my previous bisiness when covid hit).

The customer service team of Mr Printer and Mr Sign is outstanding. They accommodated my urgent-same day order and delivered it on time. Robin, the Customer Service Representative/Graphic Designer, was very helpful and gave me a call to suggest better ways to print the items. He was also easy to contact throughout the day by email and phone. Nandy did a great job with the delivery coordination. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.
