I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.

Good treatment if you already have a diagnosis but finding the needle in the haystack isn’t their game. I recommend for getting treatment for existing conditions but go somewhere else if you need more than just a prescription. Doctors here are great

I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. These guys are fantastic! I used them before and they did fantastic work (German standards) at very reasonable price. Today I was backing out of parking lot too quick and scraped the side of my beautiful Audi A5 against concrete pillar. Took it to these guys and they bent over backwards....cleaned it up for me, removed all the paint (from concrete pillar) and I was left with few scratches. They even provided me with a small amount of touch up paint for free. Amazing! Highly recommended!***
