Love that this gym has 30 minute classes everyday that can get you in and out fast. They also have a system that allows you to take classes whenever you want on a large screen in their studio.
Has lots of functional training equipment, squat racks and treadmills. Staff is friendly.

Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.

Dr. Lam is extremely knowledgeable and helped me gain a better understanding of my injury. GREAT welcoming and open environment, the facility is modern and up to date. I highly recommend!
