This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. Any time I have called with an issue, they are happy to assist. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Animal housecalls is the ideal service for pet owners. My cat is very nervous and just the sight of the carrier would put him into hiding. With Animal Housecalls, he's able to get his yearly check-up in the comfort of his own home, which drastically minimizes his stress levels. I found Dr. Bonder after my Ragdoll kitten, Diego, had been misdiagnosed by several other veternarians in Toronto. Diego had very bad diarrhea from the moment he entered my home. Other vets kept de-worming him and telling me he would be fine but he was losing weight and the diarrhea turned to liquid diarrhea. So, I looked for another veternarian and found Dr. Bonder. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever gone to in 30 years of being a pet owner. From the front desk to the technicians to the vets themselves I receive nothing but the highest level of care for my companion animals.
They have made a point of knowing my pet’s names whenever I walk in or see them on the street! I know they do a huge amount of volunteer work (I've encounter them on walkathons as a group!) and free services for a number of rescue groups.
Last year the worst happened, and one of my cats became sick while I was overseas. The vet on duty made sure I was contacted and help me make some very serious decisions...she even cried with me on the phone when the time came to make the hardest decision any pet owner must make. I cannot thank her enough for her support.
I cannot recommend this office highly enough!

When our elderly cat had urination problems he gave us more information than any other vet ever had and helped us say goodbye at home. He takes care of our other 3 pets with homes visits, has reasonable prices, texts to check in on them and answer questions, and sends prescriptions to the clinic remotely while understanding budgets and different viewpoints. Ron has helped us on many occasions throughout the years since he has opened the Downsview Vet Clinic. He has treated out FIV cats, he has provided the necessary at home care options that they have needed from time to time. Most recently, we lost our Tuffy cat and he kindly made a donation to the Guelph Animal Sciences fund for continued research for ailing animals which we found very touching and thoughtful. Plus, he is an overall nice guy.

I have been bringing my 2 cats to see Dr. Somer before she moved to this location. She is very attentive and gentle to my cats, even one of my cats is consider "vicious" whenever she's at the hospital. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. My appointment is always on time. Dr. Somer explains in layman terms so I understand. Clean place. I will definitely go back again and again!

I switched to Parkways Animal hospital for my 2 doggies because Dr. Iqbal is amazing. She truly loves what she does and she treats my 2 furry babies like as if they were her own. She goes above and beyond to make your pets and you feel comfortable and at ease. Her prices are reasonable as well. I recently moved into the Roncesvalles area and was looking for a new vet clinic. I walk my dog in High Park and asked a couple other dog owners and several referred me to Roncy Village Vet Clinic. When I walked in with my dog just to check it out I was greeted by possibly the happiest receptionist ever. She immediately had another very friendly and knowledgable staff member give me a tour. This clinic is brand new, clean, bright and state of the art. They are 1 of 2 clinics in all of Toronto that offer a "Lap spay". Dr. Mark came right out of his office to shake my hand and welcome me to the neighbourhood. I booked my dogs annual vacines for the following day and am so glad to have found this clinic. They are truly genuine animal lovers and hugely involved in the community. I love them.
