City car rental is the best car rental in Toronto, especially if you need it around Pearson. I am a regular customer to City Car Rental for past 1 year. Everybody in the company are polite and maintain good work etiquette at the office. They are known for Very good cars, reasonable price and friendly customer service. To mention Mr. Rahul in particular is very polite and have good customer service skills.

Was referred to Advantage Car Rentals by my body shop because I was involved in an accident with my own car. They picked me up right on time and I was in & out of the office within minutes. They set up the rental with my insurance company and billed them directly. The vehicle they provided to me (Honda CRV) was excellent!
When my vehicle was done I returned the rental and they provided me a shuttle to the shop.
The whole experience was excellent! I'll most definitely refer my friends and family to them!

It was about 10PM and I didn''t know how to drive this car rented from Xceed. THe owner of Xceed and one of his staff even sit on the car with me coaching me to drive it for 9km from the cllision centre to a Gas Station! I appreciate their excellent services very much. Their warm service made me feel much better after I got a car accidence. And their staff even answered my call after 0:00Am that day when I got the car accidence! Thank you Xceed Car Rental!

Payless Car Rental has now been moved to the Crowne Plaza Hotel and is under new management. Service is excellent and vehicles are reliable. Shuttle service is prompt and reliable.

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.

He takes great care of his rental cars and his customers.
He's also a full auto repair shop and sells used vehicles if you're looking to buy.
And he runs Star Car Detailing a business close to me in Mississauga, my daughter had her car done at a really low price and a great job.

Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location. Great experience with this location. It was my first time renting a car with Enterprise. I was picked up from the auto body shop and offered a drop off when I returned the car. The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions.
When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments.
By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.
