The Team at Mr. Rooter were amazing. We had to have our sewer line replaced from the home to the road due to age/ type of pipe used in the past. Mike, Tyler and Dave not only were able to save us time and money by re-rerouting the line inside the house to avoid further demolition and complications they listened to our concerns. They arrived when expected and were done in the estimated time frame. The quote was more than reasonable considering the amount of work required. Amazing crew!

The Dr was very articulate and clear in what she was telling us. She kept eye contact with the patient, my brother, as she went over his diagnosis even though he was having memory issues. She treated him with dignity and respect and didn't overlook him. She gave us time for questions and her answers resolved any apprehensions we had. The meeting wasn't rushed and we were more calm and hopeful after the meeting. I was very impressed with her manner towards her co-workers as well as with us.
