I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

I have used Waterdown collision twice in the past year and they have done an outstanding job on my 2019 Ford Ranger. From customer service, finishing the job earlier than quoted and quality of service I would highly recommend the company. I would definitely use them in the future. Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

I started working out with Heather shortly after my second son's first birthday, and she quickly got me back into my pre-pregnancy shape. The group classes are an affordable way to enjoy personal training. My favourite part - the workouts are gentle, but intense and the results are great! The gym has a variety of equipment and space appropriate for all fitness and training activities.
My trainer, Mark, who is also the owner, takes a great interest in the progress and well-being of his members. He circulates constantly and is a great motivator and cheerleader. He has worked with me to develop a suitable program.

Norbert`s class is unique among yoga classes. He is very attentive and provides gentle corrections to each student without singling anyone out. His belief that each student must work from where they are rather to benefit from the kriyas shines through his teaching. He adjusts his pacing to his student`s needs but you end up going further than you thought you could - doing the poses correctly. The studio overlooks a garden and feels welcoming. I am so grateful to have discovered this teacher!

Highly recommend! Official Crossfit Affiliate, the programming in the workouts are top notch! Small class size, which is perfect as you get more personal attention. Members are friendly and welcoming, trainers are personable and professional. The trainers are quick to assist with any form corrections, and stress safety when performing any of the movements.They also have a crossfit kids program, which is great! Stop by today, it doesn't seem like a workout when you are having this much fun!

Tim has been my go-to repair guy for at least a decade. He has worked on everything from a Chrysler van to a Mercedes to a Tesla and they all get first class treatment at reasonable prices. Nobody wants to have to visit a body shop for fear of being taken advantage of, but with Tim I know I will be treated fairly. Highly recommended.

Was rear ended in my 2016 mitsubishi lancer gts.Took it to car star in stoney creek.Car was ready before they said it would be. When i dropped it off the interior and exterior were very dirty. When i picked it up it was spotless they even cleaned the tires to get them as black as they were when it was new which proves they go the extra mile because washing the car is great but using a special product for tires is outstanding.
