yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. I have always received the help I needed. At 72 years old and now living with type 2 Diabetes,the Pharmacy has been extremely helpful and pleasant in filling my prescriptions and explaining these drugs. Special thanks to Zsa Zsa for her caring thoroughness. A wonderful cashier also took the time to explain Optimum Points Program to me on my last visit.?

Intervened with a pool vacuum robot manufacturer for service on a bit of a "lemon" which had gone in for warranty work 2x but a 3x problem out of warranty, Discounters' management put on the pressure and got it fixed up for free. Anyone who saves me a few hundred bucks gets remembered for comeback business!

We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in.
The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. My wife and I would not hesitate in recommending you folks at any time! This is our fourth purchas of a major appliance

I wish to say thank you to my new dental surgeon Dr. Viana. He performed an outstanding job explaining to me what type of dental work I require. He patiently allowed me to see my X-ray and will stop throughout the teeth cleaning to show me what my much deeper teeth appeared like with the assistance of a mirror. His bedside behavior was good. Great experience, wonderful dentist, extremely polite, professional, cool and informative. Will obviously be returning to this dental office again.

There is only one thing I dislike about this Costco. Man who manages/runs the pharmacy is rude to the front desk employees(maybe others also as I can't see their treatment). They can be run off their feet at times and it was one of those times he berated them in fromt of me being the customer. I found this to be embarassing for us both. Today was not the first time I have seen him do this. He should be talked to and if warranted employees shoold be spoken to privately.
