I stayed here while I was unable to travel far from the airport due to a snowstorm. It was one of the best experiences I've had with hotels in Manitoba. I'm used to staying in crummy rundown motels so this was definitely more my style. The rooms were actually clean and well taken care of and the service was extremely friendly

I had a car stereo installed and there was a problem with it (from factory). They installed a second new stereo which had the same problem. Then they upgraded my new stereo no charge. The guys in the car audio department were AMAZING!! THANKS VISIONS!!!!

Reday is excellent!!! Very friendly and helpful. We went on a sunday, looked at upgrading both phones. He went over the plans and different options. Gave us a really good deal plus freebies on top of that. Would highly recommend. Great customer service!!!!

I have a very good experience with them. They took care the stuff and the house not to get any damage.There are some challenge that they face and be able to deal with it very well. the challenges make the move longer and they didn't charge me extra. I could not explain it further due to the limitation on the number of words that I could write. Im the kind of person that is hard to pleased.

Bought my first battery and tank setup and juices from them. The tank had a defective coil that was plugged to start and they replaced it free. Steve did a home inspection for us in Winnipeg prior to his move to Guelph. Steve showed up on time as promised, explained what he was going to do, and was able to answer all of our questions. He pointed out a few small things we could do to preempt concerns from potential home buyers, provided a verbal summary prior to departing, and an exhaustive written report via email shortly after his visit. The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
