Today we finally found a truly honest,and reputable company that we can rely on when it comes to plumbing and heating. They serviced our furnace quicker than we anticipated and could not believe how straight forward, friendly and helpful their workers are. It was refreshing to encounter such service that was not only efficient but trustworthy. We will definitely be highly recommending ideal plumbing to all family and friends. The service with Stephen and Mario were amazing. He had questions for me and I had answers and vice-versa Stephen offered to fix what the other so called plumber did and made it look so easy . Looking forward to using you guy's again very soon . Preferably Stephen again. ?

We had a leaky toilet so I called Mr. Rooter and Brian came right away. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and the cost was less than I expected.

Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.

I would like to thank DRAIN KING for the fast, affordable and quality service your team provided to me during a snow storm! I had no water in our shower or sink due to a broken pipe and they came in within a few hours and were able to replace some pieces and solve the problem. I am nervous calling plumbers due to the gauges in prices that are known out there, they were VERY fair and made me feel comfortable the entire process. I will recommended you to my family and friends for sure! Thank you

Just two great guys that know what they are doing and talking about. I had a nightmare of a situation this weekend at my mother's home; Scott and Wayde (who actually did the work) were available over the Canada Day holiday and pulled the rabbit out of the hat.
