Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. Strong recommend.

My first experience with this shop and I have found my new 'goto' place for auto repairs. Called for out of province inspection, took car next day at 8:00am and was done at 10:30. Other shops were scheduling 3-4 weeks out. These guys are great. Highly recommended.

The staff at Superior Vaccum were excellent! I needed to rent a vacuum to clean a rental property, we had some issues at first and they were able to resolve the problem quickly and allow me to take the vacuum again to get the job done. I was very pleased to have face-to-face service where I felt like the staff really were trying to be helpful.

NAIAD Irrigation Systems is the best company in Calgary. Our aging underground irrigation system had problems with the lines, valves and sprinkler heads. They were very helpful and got an appointment booked right away. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and fixed everything that morning. The system works great and we can control it over wi-fi using Hydrawise. We’re booked for winterization and will be using them for snow removal. We had the best customer service experience from Naiad.

My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Amazing service and super good dudes!
