This is a lengthy review worth reading. This company is exceptional!! Incredible customer service and excellent workmanship onsite. I contacted 4 companies to assemble an Ikea six drawer dresser. Ivan, owner/assembler at Assembly Man answered my email within 9 minutes. We emailed back and forth and every response was immediate with complete answers. Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable and understanding of my need for environmentally friendly furniture because of my multiple chemical sensitivities. She took the time to show me various options (both in the showroom and on the computer) based on my taste, living space and physical needs, and was forthright about the quality and suitability of various brands of furniture. Prices were very reasonable and delivery was also offered - a necessity for many people.

We purchased a fridge and stove from Leons and was very pleased with the services of Nakylesh who delivered our appliances. There is human error all around but when a company goes above and beyond to correct it- they ought to be commended. I have made my furniture purchases from The Brick on Weston RD. The staff is very helpful, particularly CJ. On my last purchase, there was an error and Customer Rep was quick on having the issue corrected at no extra cost to me. Within days the correct item arrived at my home and was taken care of by the delivery team. I am pleased with my purchase, thanks for the good service.

I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. My wife and I were guests in September 2016 at the Park inn (Radisson) in Mississauga. After showering I grabbed a towel and it has been the best towel I have ever used, it was soft and very absorbent. I have been wanting towels like these for years and have not found one in any hotel or retail store in my 30 years of travelling on the road.
I told my wife right away to take a snapshot of the label on the towels so I can look into purchasing some for our home. The towels are from HYC Design.

Ordering a custom sideboard with Kaza Wood Furniture was super easy...they came to my house and measured the spot that it would be in to ensure it would fit properly. Then they asked what kind of contents I will be storing in this sideboard so everything would fit perfectly. I got to pick the wood, color and one of the many exclusive designs they have available.
