Ivan, owner/assembler at Assembly Man answered my email within 9 minutes. We emailed back and forth and every response was immediate with complete answers. My wife and I were guests in September 2016 at the Park inn (Radisson) in Mississauga. After showering I grabbed a towel and it has been the best towel I have ever used, it was soft and very absorbent. I have been wanting towels like these for years and have not found one in any hotel or retail store in my 30 years of travelling on the road.
I told my wife right away to take a snapshot of the label on the towels so I can look into purchasing some for our home. The towels are from HYC Design.

I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. I went here to purchase a mattress and was serviced by Sanjay. He was efficient, knowledgable, and had a great sense of humour. He made my purchase easy and pleasurable. When I called he took my calls and answered all my questions and followed up with me. I would go to him again. Ask for him next time you are there.
