My sister died suddenly, and I have never done the cremation process before. Paula who was my contact made it meaningfull and not painfull she was very kind and explained everything in regards to forms and the actual viewing and identification she made it ok. I was very appreciative and went away feeling I had done what my sister has asked for. I had a terrible case of hot flashes over 2 years. It was so bad that it burned my face and I could not get any relief from Estrogen treatment to low blood pressure medication.
