My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new. The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job. My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service. Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus
