I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time.

Caleb at the store was very knowledgeable,patience and took the time to resolve my issues, when other customer service reps at that store gave me incorrect info and had sent me home I had to return back and then Caleb assisted me with my issues. There should be more people hired like him who are willing to do their job and not just dismiss customers.

Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

Evening was great however the “large plates” are not so large in food quantity. You see a large plate but the food is tiny. You cannot share these plates. We went for lunch once and their food plates had more food.

This year marked our 7th annual Easter Egg Hunt and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Adding SUGARPOP to the event, simply added to our egg hunts success. The smiles on both the children and adults- were priceless and echos everything we strive to do as a club which is ” bringing out the best in kids”. Thank you for helping to make our event a success! I've been here a few times over the years and this restaurant does not disappoint! The food is pretty standard for American cuisine and is usually well cooked, though I once had chicken that tasted off. The signature sauce that comes with meals is amazing! Dessert portions are too small for the price but prevent me from overeating. Service is friendly but sometimes slow during peak times.
I'd recommend this place for family meals (it's not private enough for dates). The atmosphere has a comfortable, homey feel to it. I definitely recommend the classic rotisserie chicken!

I was very satisfied with Farah's work. She is very prompt and responsive, and very good at what she does! I hired her to apply my wedding henna - not only was she accommodating to the schedule of a busy bride, but she produced high quality work that I really loved. Her team also applied henna for my friends and family (over 50 people) and was patient, and worked tirelessly to make sure my guests enjoyed their henna experience. I HATE having my hair cut. I could care less about it and it's always a pain to get...until I went here. Not only did I have a fantastic conversation (been back 3 times now!) But had an excellent cut. They listened when I said I'd like to try a change and offered a sensible option. Tried it. Love it. Never had so many compliments. All of them are wonderful. I will continue to return regularly. It's a NO APPOINTMENT place so if you have to wait? That's just what it is. Don't take it out on them. They are always working hard when I get there AND treating customers very well!

Love "The Cut Love" be going there for over 10 years and out of the 10 the last 3yrs i have made my way down from Keswick, ON to see Frank. The atmosphere is friendly and amicable. You go there tell them him what you want and he delivers. If he cannot get takes the time to explain why he cannot and he make suggestions what looks good and what works. If you are not sure and you give him"carte blanche" rest assure he will not steer you wrong.
