I contacted James from Redecopp Security after a terrible experience I had with a previous locksmith company. James was literally at our home 5 minutes after I contacted him to replace the locks that the previous locksmith broke, as well as keying the other locks in our house. A very efficient and reliable company. James is very attentive to detail and even cleaned up before leaving. Amazing service and quality work. I had an issue with my garage door and called Creative Door. I spoke to Shannon who was polite and understood exactly what the problem was. She set up an appointment date and time that worked for me
and gave me a quote. The service technician arrived even earlier than the time arranged and fixed the

After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!

Steve did a home inspection for us in Winnipeg prior to his move to Guelph. Steve showed up on time as promised, explained what he was going to do, and was able to answer all of our questions. He pointed out a few small things we could do to preempt concerns from potential home buyers, provided a verbal summary prior to departing, and an exhaustive written report via email shortly after his visit. We highly recommend Goldeye Home Inspection!

Other shops have insane line ups to get into them. Today, I needed to get my tires changed. I called before I went - they said they could get the job done in a couple hours. Walked right in and in an hour and 45 minutes they were done with the chain freshly oiled and cleaned. The guys were very pleasant and the price was right.

I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

This is the first maid service I have used so I can't compare experiences; but I do know what clean is. They come on the day that that I pre-book them, do a great job, quickly, with thought and respect. I come home and it smells clean, not like chemicals (they bring their own products).
I now book (and pay) 6 months at a time. They give an honest assessment of how often they need to come, I don't feel taken advantage of.
In the end, I would suggest them to anyone!
