Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. Took my boyfriend for his birthday lunch on 01 Feb and ordered off the Winterlicious menu. Each course was perfectly presented and just right, portion-wise. When dessert came, they had put a candle on his plate along with "Joyeux Anniversaire" written in chocolate along the edge. A very nice touch!
