They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. They get you in fast do good work. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is a really nice guy we had something happen to our vehicle and it wouldnt drive they brought the our vehicle to the shop and fixed it same day and worked out a payment plan so we didnt have to wait to get it done. My trailer lights were not working. The staff quickly, and professionally diagnosed the problem, in a friendly atmosphere. They identified the wiring system as being one that they installed (some 5 years earlier). They quickly repaired the problem, and sent me on my way. They were truly a pleasure to deal with. The owner Mike is a standup guy. Needed a battery for my truck a couple years ago and they had the most cost effective one I could find. When my battery gave up again less than 2 years later he replaced it with a better one and with a longer warranty (he no longer carried the brand i had as he found a better supplier). I was expecting an upgrade fee but he didn't charge me one. He said he wants to take care of customers and will look after the warranty. Quality service and reasonable rates.
