The absolute best bike shop in the GTA. I wont shop anywhere else for bikes or bike-related merchandise. The owner and all staff are helpful and friendly and give customers (even those new to cycling) encouragement and confidence. The service is superb, completed in a timely fashion, and affordable. Roy is amazing!

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Location was out my way but the bike I wanted they had. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions and recommend bike for my use also they have a great service staff. I would recommend to anyone.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.
