Dr. Lam at Markham East Vision was amazing. She was patient with both my son and I and took the time to explain everything to us. Alexis helped us with our lenses and always had a smile on her face. Very thorough, non-rushed eye exams. Great customer service both during initial purchase and adjustments. Not being rushed very important to match new prescription, unlike the last set of “big box store” purchases my family has made. We will be back.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Dr. Neda Sadighi is very punctual, caring, meticulous, knowledgeable, and considerate professional.
She gave clear and practical explanation and advice, after a complete eye exam.
Ali is very considerate, knowledgeable, helpful , not sparing any effort to keep customers happy and satisfied.
Large variety of eyeglasses and lenses of good quality with very reasonable prices.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

Bought glasses Vaseema the Optician was very patiently explained me how to choose frames. The price was very reasonable. I thought the quality of lenses will be cheap for the price I paid but the vision was better than the glasses I bought before for other store in Ajax. Thank you Vaseema I will give 10/10 to Ace Optical.

This branch of Optimart is located on Eglinton at Beachell, just east of Walmart Supercentre. The price of my new glasses was more than reasonable. Professional, courteous, above and beyond. They even kept my non prescription sunglass lenses for me for over a year when I switched them out for prescription. I ended up getting laser eye surgery a year later so wanted my non prescription lenses back. To my great surprise, they’d kept them “just in case”. They also have the nicest designer frames. Will go nowhere else for glasses.
