Recently, on two different occasions, I needed to start prescribed medications as soon as possible. The pharmacist at Kanata North Pharmacy took extra care to make sure that happened, waiting only 10 minutes to fill my prescriptions. As well the staff are friendly, kind and very knowledgeable making sure I was well informed. The service provided is much more personal then you will find at a “big box” pharmacy

Cette pharmacie offre le meilleur service que j’ai jamais reçu, tous les employés sont professionnels, serviables et très accueillants. Contrairement au plus grosse pharmacie, leur service est très personnel, ce sont même eux qui m’appelle lorsque mes prescriptions sont à être renouveler. Ils font des recherches pour répondre à toutes sortes de questions concernant la santé.
Je vous recommande cette pharmacie! Je leur donne un 10\10 ! P.S. Le service de livraison est aussi exceptionnel.

Les employés sont extraordinaires. Courtois et patients. Nous sommes inscrits au programme de rappel automatique donc plus besoin d'appeler pour renouveller et tous les médicaments y sont. Un problème que nous avions toujours ailleurs. Lorsqu'il y a un changement de médicaments, ils font un suivi de près. Si un médicaments n'est pas compatible avec nous, ils en recommandent un autre auprès de notre médecin.

The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

This pharmacy is owned by four partners. There service is excellent and far exceeds any other pharmacy that I have dealt with. They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home.
