A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

I was diagnosed with temporomandibular disorders earlier this year, which developed unbearable pains to me, feeling like a bullet shot into my head. I went to hospital but it seems no such an efficient way to treat this kind of disease. Before seeing Dr. Ding, I had been taking medicine and painkillers for 3 months, so that I could eat without pain. But the disorders were still there, or even progressively worsen. In hopes of solving the problem permanently, I decided to see an acupuncturist. I have to say Dr. Ding was like a miracle to me! Her acupuncture therapies completely cure my disease. Now I am totally back to normal, and I am so grateful to her.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I wore them everyday and about the first part of the second week, the dentures were more relaxed with my guns, and now after a month of having them , You would not know that they are not my real teeth.
I am so pleased with how Dr. Nancy Le Nhan worked on creating these dentures for me. She was so professional, and knowledgeable in how the teeth are made...very personal.
