I was looking to replace one old basement window and by chance I have seen an ad for Premier North Windows and Doors. I must say I was left with an excellent impression of their contracting and installation service and with the quality of their product. Mel, Frank V., Anton and Sacha made me feel like my little project was as important to Premier as any of their large and expensive projects. Kudos to the team and I highly recommend the services of this company.

I contacted a few door companies to change my side-door. It required a customized order as the size was not standard (typical East York house). I did not get responses from any of the other companies. Maybe my order was probably too small for them.
Allam at Newcastle was very quick to response and very easy to deal with. Within a few weeks my door was up and installed. I'm very happy with the service.
