Great company. everyone's friendly. Constantly have items on sale and they don't waste! want a cheap fridge? Well go to the clearance section. Brand new product on sale simply because there is a defect like a scratch or dent. Excellent eco friendliness. My whole kitchen is products from this store.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Mikey just did a service call for diagnosing an issue with my home treadmill and it was a d**n delight.
He did preventative maintenance and hung out while I ran. The issue repro'd while he was here; he diagnosed that I needed a part, and then dealt professionally and effectively with my pain-in-the-butt manufacturer on my behalf for parts. He'll be back in a couple weeks to install the parts when they come in.
And ALL his work will be cheaper than their initial diagnostic call. Delightful.
