Decided to use them in the spring of 2017. Extremely happy with the quality of the job done on both the house and garden shed. Time between accepting the estimate and completion of the job was less than two weeks, and completed in one day. Very happy.

Too bad I didnt take a before picture, my one gutter was so sad and really needed some attention. Well after reading a review or two, I called OBlenis and Sons. If you need someone to address your gutters and want the job done right the very first time, please do yourself and your home a favor and call them. You wont be sorry ! I highly recommend John Duprey and his team for top-notch construction methods and concern for the environment. John and his team recently completed some complicated renovations in the basement rec room, originally fashioned more than 50 years ago (house is >100 years old). They also built a replacement lattice panel fence, with special top trim and an angled gate, along an L-shaped section of asphalt driveway. Areas where they were working were well-protected from plaster dust, debris and dirt.

When I decided I needed a new roof, I got four quotes, and Richards was the second lowest. They gave me a super detailed estimate, which made me feel very comfortable with choosing them.
They were always quick to return calls and answer questions.
Once the work began, the crew was very efficient and personable.The roof looks fantastic and the cleanup was excellent.
I have received several comments from neighbors and friends saying how good it looks in only the first few days!

We wanted to built a screened gazeebo and we had a few quotes. All of them were very pricy (well over our bbudget). We called EES contractor and he came like right away (within the next few hours). We had a quote and it was within our budget. Like more than 40 % off the other quotes! The crew came and did all the work as needed. The lot was clean before and when they left everything was clean too. They were very flexible even when we change some last minute mesurements. Awesome job guys!
