We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. And i recommend this place to anyone who is reading this, u will be happy that you chose daves auto shop!

I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. My wife recently had a scheduled appointment made months in advance. We arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, and like many times before, we were kept waiting almost 1 1/2hrs, before she was taken into a room. One would figure that like any business, they would make appointments according to how many patients can be accommodated. This is in my opinion a poor way to display practices.

I would highly recommend Best Choice automotive. David, Josh and the entire team are excellent. Especially Josh who greets me by my name, that is truly personalized customer service! I use to go to Gateway Toyota, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They recommended that I needed to replace my winter tires because of the tread but in the end, I found out it wasn't necessary. My experience at best choice has been amazing and I trust their professional recommendations.

Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)

My appointment was at 9 am also, I arrived early (half hour), Vick was more than accommodating to start early, was quoted 4.5 hrs for work to be done. I couldn't believe it that they were finished in 3hrs and 15 minutes. This is a top notch company that explains all the work, shows parts that were replaced and is very accommodating to the customer. Very clean waiting room. I would recommend for other customers to go there and let the professionals work on their vehicles. Thanks Vick!!
